The bags are of good quality, however, the shipping process and communication could be improved. It would be beneficial to provide customers with regular updates on the status of their orders, such as when the bags will be shipped or if there are any delays. Additionally, proactive communication regarding the progress of orders would enhance customer satisfaction.
